Delivery

Delivering your item is the most crucial part of the transaction and we put great effort into our infrastructure to ensure that deliveries are done smoothly and on time.

All the delivery options available to our customers our specified in the table below. In some cases, certain shipping methods might not be available so we will choose a service which is most similar to the one you have selected whilst placing your order. Delivery Schedules are courier guidelines and can often vary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances which is out of our control.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your items within 14 days - no questions asked.

Whilst returns are processed on the first working of receipt please bear in mind that it can take up to 2-3 working days for your refund processing to complete, in the meantime please direct any questions and concerns to our customer service team here.
